Are we not suffering the spiritual oppression of the forces of secularism in our society? Hawley Blasts Radical Leftists for Supporting Domestic Terrorists Over the Safety of Jewish Students: ‘Lying on a visa is not speech’

Today in a Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee hearing on antisemitism, U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) blasted radical Democrats for putting domestic terrorists over the safety of Jewish students on college campuses. He reminded the Committee that American law expressly empowers the Trump administration to revoke the visa of any individual that espouses or supports terrorist activity in the United States. He made this point to a witness defending the deportation of Mahmoud Khalil. “Lying on a visa application is not speech. Seeking to assault Columbia university employees and Jewish students is not speech,” argued Senator Hawley. “You are defending an individual who has espoused the destruction of this country, the destruction of the state of...

The FBI’s Richmond Field Office went so far as to issue a memorandum suggesting that certain traditionalist Catholics might be security risks and proposed infiltrating Catholic parishes. President Biden’s FBI also weaponized the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances ('FACE') Act to target pro-life...

Today in a hearing of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Constitution, U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) exposed how Big Tech uses its market power to squelch competition, suppress conservative voices, and even sway voters and control elections, such as when they buried the infamous Hunter Biden laptop story just days before the 2020 presidential election.  "It was their decision. They own it. And truthfully Facebook and others had a pattern of censoring long before this," Hawley said, referring to Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg's claim that the company was pressured into censorship by the Biden Administration. "They have been avid participants in this censorship campaign." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mC8rkj5p2PM "Companies like Facebook, Meta...

Recently, officials from the Department of Energy confirmed that your department is moving forward with the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process, a key step in approving the loan. Hawley Introduces Legislation Restraining Rogue Judges’ Nationwide Injunctions

Today, U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) introduced legislation to end liberal judges’ serial abuse of power by banning nationwide injunctions. "Unelected district judges are usurping the authority of a duly-elected president and dictating national policy for 330 million Americans," Senator Hawley said. "Congress must stop this unconstitutional weaponization of the judiciary. My bill would be a critical step toward doing just that."  Liberal judges slapped the Trump Administration with an unprecedented 15 nationwide injunctions in February alone. In blatant defiance of the Constitution’s separation of powers, these judges are throttling President Trump's efforts to implement commonsense reforms like improving border security; removing waste, fraud, and abuse; and...
