Monday, June 28, 2021

Today U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) criticized the D.C. federal court’s decision to dismiss the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) antitrust lawsuit against Facebook as “deeply disappointing.”

Senator Hawley recently introduced the Bust Up Big Tech Act and Trust-Busting for the Twenty-First Century Act, which would strengthen FTC oversight of dominant Big Tech companies and ensure antitrust laws are enforced.
