WASHINGTON — Today, U.S. Senator Josh Hawley released the following statement after Major League Baseball (MLB) Commissioner Robert Manfred replied to his questions about the MLB’s apparent pattern of discriminating against Christians while promoting left-wing ideologies. Manfred’s reply comes after Senator Hawley sent a letter questioning MLB’s warning to San Francisco Giants pitchers for referencing Bible verses on their caps during the team’s “Pride Night.”
