Today U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) sent a letter urging Secretary of State Antony Blinken to prioritize arming Taiwan over delivering weapons to Ukraine. The new legislation requires university endowments, public pension plans, and other entities exempt from federal income tax to divest their investments in Chinese companies or lose their tax-exempt status.
